Nicole Tidwell, PMP

Nicole Tidwell is the Communications Director at the National Spine Health Foundation and a seasoned healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience in communications, marketing, events, product and program development, grant management, and operations. A strategic storyteller, she excels in crafting and executing programs and campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and meaningful change on a global scale.

Passionate about education and healthcare, Nicole has dedicated much of her career to emergency medicine. During her tenure at the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP), she led initiatives focused on older adults, military and Veterans Affairs, and pain and addiction—enhancing program enrollment, strengthening medical community partnerships, and driving revenue growth. With a commitment to impactful change, Nicole continues to leverage her expertise to advance healthcare initiatives for NSHF.
