Dr. Gurtej Singh is a double board-certified advanced interventional spine and pain specialist who serves as the Lead Interventional Specialist for the Centers for Advanced Orthopaedics.  He has additional fellowship training in Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine.  His passion is helping to diagnose pathology and focus on restorative spine treatments.

He is a founding member of Global Spine Initiative, a former young-alum Board Member of his alma mater and has served on a variety of committees for AAPMR, NASS, ASPN, and NASMDA.  He has spoken extensively across the country and overseas on spine pathology and innovative treatments, even presenting a novel spine product to the FDA.  He is an expert in neuromodulation, passionate about restorative stimulation, a staunch advocate of vertebral augmentation, and an early adopter for decompressive endoscopic spine surgery.  “There is a new world of MIS-Interventions that patients must know more about and have choice in their treatments decision making.”

Born and raised in Philadelphia and an avid Philly sports fan, he found his professional drive through his grandfather, a physician and professor of physiology who also served as dean of several medical schools in India.
