Dr. Zeeshan Sardar, in collaboration with the National Spine Health Foundation (NSHF), is seeking a highly motivated 3rd/4th year medical student or a graduated MD/DO for a prestigious year-long clinical research fellowship in orthopedic spine surgery. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge research while significantly enhancing your competitiveness for the residency match

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and collect data for high-impact research projects
  • Perform statistical analysis and submit IRB protocols
  • Prepare abstracts, manuscripts, and conference presentations

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly motivated future orthopedic surgeon with a passion for research
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-managed individual
  • Strong academic record and familiarity with statistical software (a plus!)
