Alayne Wadsworth

Professional dancer, actor and model

Alayne Wadsworth is a professional dancer, actor, model, and person with Scoliosis. She tours the country teaching corporate events, incorporating all styles of Ballroom dancing and Country line dancing. She taught at the world-renowned Center State Dance Studio for 10 years and her team was featured on America’s Got Talent and World of Dance. She underwent surgery for her Scoliosis as a young adult and says it is a life long recovery for her. She loves to work out and stay positive in an effort to fight that battle.

Dr. Tom Walters

Board-Certified Orthopedic Physical Therapist

Dr. Tom Walters is a board-certified orthopedic physical therapist who specializes in pain education, therapeutic exercise, and manual therapy. He completed a bachelor of science in exercise science at Montana State University and a doctorate in physical therapy at Chapman University. Following his formal PT training, Dr. Walters completed a residency in orthopedic manual physical therapy and a fellowship in advanced lower quarter functional biomechanics.

Dr. Walters has worked in a number of clinical settings including outpatient orthopedics, clinical biomechanics, neurological rehab, and sports medicine as a physio in Cirque du Soleil’s Performance Medicine department.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Walters served as a full-time assistant professor of kinesiology at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California from 2011-2019 and taught a variety of courses including biomechanics, motor behavior, pain science, therapeutic exercise, human physiology, and gerontology.

 

Paige Fraser

Professional dancer

Paige Fraser began training at Ballet Atlantic Academy, and later attended Professional Performing Arts High School/The Ailey School. She was a scholarship student at American Ballet Theatre, Dance Theatre of Harlem, Complexions, Jacobs Pillow, and Juilliard summer intensives. Ms. Fraser is a graduate of the Ailey/Fordham BFA Program, where she graduated Cum Laude in 2012.

Ms. Fraser was a member of Ailey II for the 2011-2013 seasons under the artistic direction of Sylvia Waters and Troy Powell.

She performed as a guest artist with Deeply Rooted Dance Theater and Ruth Page Civic Ballet. She has done commercial work with Beyonce, Chanel Iman, and Jussie Smollett; and has been featured in international campaigns with INTEL, ESPN Latin America, and ELLE Magazine.

Ms. Fraser is a founding dancer of Visceral Dance Chicago, now in her 6th season with the company. She is honored to be a recipient of a 2016 Dance Fellowship from the Princess Grace Foundation-USA and a Dance Magazine 2017 “25 to Watch”. In 2017 she was listed on Fordham Universities “20 in their 20’s”. Ms. Fraser is the founder and president of The Paige Fraser Foundation, which advocates for dancers living with or without disabilities.

Carrie Seifert

Certified Strength Coach, Transformative Training

Carrie Seifert is a Certified Strength Coach with a special interest in Rehabilitative Fitness and Wellness. After graduating from James Madison University in 2001, with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition, Carrie spent the last 12 years training various levels of athletes and conducted countless hours educating Physical Therapy patients as a Therapeutic Exercise Trainer. Carrie’s approach to transformative training focuses on one simple concept — ‘are you moving poorly because of your pain, or are you in pain because you are moving poorly?’.

Her use of the most advanced training tools (ie.GravityFit, Powercore360, myorollers, etc.), combined with her posture strengthening techniques help teach her clients better awareness about how their bodies work and move. Whether she is helping a healthy athlete reach their top speed, working with a patient to improve their strength and mobility, or assisting someone in post-rehab recovery, Carrie applies core concepts to help everyone reach their personal training goals.

Carrie’s specialties include Adolescent Athletes, Athlete Strength & Conditioning, Wellness Coach, and Physical Therapy Exercise. Carrie’s Wellness & Training Fitness services fulfill each individual’s unique fitness goals. By offering multiple training options including personal training, weekly group exercise classes, and monthly wellness workshops, there are options for both individual and group training.
