Get moving with our fun and motivating walking challenge! Strengthen Our Spines (S.O.S.) and improve your health with just 15 minutes of walking each day. Whether you walk solo or with friends, it’s a great way to stay on track with your fitness goals.

For 5 days, commit to walking 15 minutes a day and feel the difference! Achieve a stronger, healthier spine and take the next step toward better health.

Bonus: Participants will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 Amazon gift card, with the winner announced at the end of the challenge!
