Tailored to your pace, “Walk Your Way” is your path to better spine health with expert guidance and daily motivation. For 5 days (April 21-25, 2025), we’re challenging you to walk just 15 minutes a day. It’s a commitment that works at your own pace and helps you take control of your spine health.

There’s no finish line —this is a personal journey of self-advocacy. You’ll set your own goals that work for you, whether you’re walking solo or with friends. The power of walking is all about consistency and taking small, manageable steps toward better health.
