Vincent Rossi, MD, MBA

Dr. Vincent J. Rossi, MD, MBA, is a minimally invasive spine surgeon at Carolina NeuroSurgery & Spine Associates (CNSA) specializing in endoscopy, cervical foraminotomy, motion preservation, and robotic spine surgery. Coming from a family of healthcare professionals, he was inspired early on to pursue medicine and continues that legacy with a patient-centered philosophy focused on restoring quality of life through the least invasive methods possible, including outpatient procedures like endoscopic spine surgery and disc replacement. Internationally trained and active as a speaker and innovator in advanced spine techniques, Dr. Rossi is dedicated to continuous learning and teaching while emphasizing compassionate, personalized care that treats the whole patient. Outside of medicine, he enjoys exploring global coffee cultures, with travels spanning Costa Rica, Australia, Korea, Thailand, and Spain.
