Introducing the 2024 Spring Spine Health Challenge!

Just in time for spring renewal, this yoga-inspired wellness journey blooms right into your inbox. For five transformative days, just 15 minutes per day, practice daily stretches with us to release tension, align posture, and improve balance – designed for every body and every ability.

You’ll be led by our expert guide – renowned alignment specialist, Sytera Field. A Spine Health Ambassador, Sytera is trained in biomechanics and kinesiology. She is also the founder of the Nadi Ball Method and the owner of two vibrant yoga studios.

Sytera will coach you through fundamental stretches that are commonly found in yoga practices, but aren’t just for yoga. Achieve a stronger and healthier spine and take your next steps toward better holistic health. Challenge yourself to commit 15 minutes a day for 5 days, and let your spine health bloom this spring!

Participants will automatically be entered for the chance to win a $50 Amazon gift card, announced at the conclusion of the challenge. Participants will also receive exclusive discounts to Sytera’s yoga studios and access to a full catalog of recorded classes in her extensive yoga library.
